I’m now using Open DNS. Don’t ask me if you want to know what it is. Just go and try your self. Thanks to MohdIsmail for your comment. Use Open DNS for faster and safer internet from what they are providing.

The new added DNS are : 202.188.1.4 and 202.188.0.132
Did anyone ever try those new DNS, for me, I’m using the default. Maybe you could try the new added DNS. Try it for the speed and the scream. I’d never try.
